Why Most People Struggle to Progess
THE PROBLEM
Learning calisthenics can feel overwhelming when you're training alone.
Many people spend months following videos or random programmes without knowing whether their technique is correct or if they're progressing in the right direction. Even with good intentions, it's easy to develop bad habits or lose motivation when there's no structure or accountability.
THE SOLUTION
This programme combines structured training with weekly face-to-face coaching.
You'll complete three sessions each week, with one coached session at Athlete Movement where you'll train alongside a small group of like-minded people. The remaining sessions follow the same structured programme, allowing you to build strength while receiving regular guidance and feedback.
Having a coach there to correct technique, answer questions and keep you progressing helps you build confidence and avoid common mistakes.
WHY TRAIN IN A SMALL GROUP
Training alongside a small group creates accountability, encouragement and an enjoyable environment to learn new skills.
With around five people per class, you'll still receive individual coaching while benefiting from the motivation that comes from training with others who share similar goals.
