What is it?
6 Weeks - 4 teams of 4(We encourage bringing a friend/family member within your group of 4). The aim is to lose as much weight as possible, the team with the highest percentage of body weight loss at the end of 6 weeks - are the winners.
How does it work?
Each team get a 6 week guideline workout plan, every week each group competes in a challenge set by the organisers. Once a week the groups of 4 get a session with a personal trainer. Weekly weigh-ins occur on the same day every week to track the progression of individuals and groups. The group with the most percentage of weight loss at the end of the 6 weeks win the challenge.
What is it worth?
By the end of the 6 weeks, you should have lost more weight than you ever have before, and completed a 6 week guideline workout plan. During the 6 weeks, each person would have had 6 group PT sessions. For the 4 people that work the hardest and win, they get their money back!
