Get to Know Me

During my own fitness journey, I have dabbled in various sports and exercise modalities. I have trained alongside a range of different athletes from strength athletes, bodybuilders to CrossFitters and the list goes on. Through my education and own experience I find pleasure in sharing my passion for fitness with others.

- Level 3 Personal Trainer
- Level 5 Soft Tissue Therapy & Corrective Exercise
- BA Fitness Management & Exercise Science

 The key to improving fitness and health is overall well being. This is why I take a holistic approach when working with clients. I make sure I invest time into communicating regularly with my clients to make sure I understand the limitations and barriers they have with exercise and nutrition, whilst implementing new coping mechanisms and strategies to help overcome these limitations.

I have been successful in helping many individuals reach their full potential, no matter what their goals might be. My aim is to ensure my clients implement healthier habits to create long term, sustainable lifestyle changes that help them improve both their physical and mental health.  Alongside Personal Training, I also offer Soft Tissue Therapy (Sports Massage). Everybody at some point in their lives experiences aches, pains and injuries. My knowledge and expertise in corrective exercise allows me to work with my clients to work around and rehabilitate injury and dysfunction.
